Brooke is an award winning author, teacher, and the founder of Wattle Tree Press. She measures happiness in hugs and coffee, and turning brain farts into books is her jam.

As an author, she knows that having the right team in your corner is a must.

By day, shapes young minds in the classroom and juggles the chaos of motherhood. By night, she throws her Supermum cape into the laundry basket and delves into a world of books and creativity. Turns out, she’s not that fond of sleep (or is it just all that coffee she drinks?) nor does she enjoy silly spelling rules that always seem to be broken (i before e except ALL THE DAMN TIME).

Brooke founded Wattle Tree Press for the storytellers and daydreamers.

Tara

TEXT TACTITIAN AND GRAMMAR GURU

Tara is a bona fide nerd with a wonderfully varied background in all things ‘people’ including training and assessing, healthcare and marketing.

The best bit? She likes words. Lots of words. And all the things that go along with words. Like commas. And full stops. How cool are full stops …?

Tara is keen on helping improve her client’s writing, whether that’s line editing or proofing or anything in between, and she’ll be your biggest cheerleader too!

She’s our own grammar guru (who knows all about i’s and e’s… thank goodness!).

Shelley

KEYBOARD WEILDING BUSINESS BANDIT

Shelley doesn’t do ordinary. After being in that ol’ corporate chestnut for 20 years, she escaped and became a sole trading, keyboard wielding business bandit on her own terms.

At Wattle Tree Press, she’s our tech guru, author website builder, ads manager, and she knows all about SEO (whatever the heck that is).

She spends her days managing all the ‘things’ for savvy business owners and start-ups that want to make a difference in whatever it is they do for a living.

And she effing loves every minute of it.
