Interview with the author

by Wattle Tree Press

I’m a junior fiction author with 6 books self-published and have struggled to have my work noticed. I always wanted to go through a formal publishing experience to enhance my work. I engaged WTP through a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did!

There are so many additional steps to publishing that I didn’t know about! Beta readers and pre- release readers – there are people out there that do this as a hobby! Complete strangers that professionally review unpublished manuscripts because they love to read.

Suddenly found myself, with the assistance and support of WTP, reaching out via social media and am now growing my own community to review my work (not just my family).

WTP were so professional and enthusiastic, answering all my varied questions and going above and beyond to educate me about the writing and publishing process whenever I was unsure.

The additional resources and links provided to grow my own knowledge was really appreciated.

WTP has helped me on my journey to polish and expand on my work and build my confidence to get my books back out into the world.

I’m really looking forward to this coming year and the next steps of my publishing adventure.
